Jason Honigfeld has been with The Briad Group for over ten years. As Chief Operations Officer, Jason is responsible for overseeing Briad’s operational platform, leveraging his background and skill set as a project manager with Briad Construction Services. During his tenure at Briad, he has been involved with an array of departments which has led to a 360-degree view of strategic business decisions, first stage feasibility and conceptual discussions, development /construction phase, up through the operational side of the business.

Jason is a full participant and manager in all Briad’s brands – inclusive of Hotel’s, Roof Top Bars, Wendy’s, and Zinburger’s. His most recent project “Element by Westin & Concourse Club Roof Top Bar” features 126 guest rooms and suites in Wood-Ridge, NJ where he was the active project manager. Jason’s active development and construction experience totals $100MM of oversight within the past 10 years.

Prior to joining Briad, Jason attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated with a B.S in Hotel Management.
