Josh oversees the teams responsible for QSCC procurement in the United States as well as distribution, logistics, commodity risk management, industry affairs, supply chain analysis and pricing coordination for Wendy’s restaurants in North America. He is a member and former co-chair of the National Council of Chain Restaurants Foodservice Supply Chain Committee. Josh places a high priority on developing his team and creating opportunities for career growth.

 

After graduating from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, Josh began his career at Wendy’s in 2004 as an entry-level Purchasing Specialist.  He broadened his supply chain management experience in corporate and cooperative environments with several other chain restaurant concepts before joining Wendy’s QSCC in 2010.

 

In the tradition of Dave Thomas, Josh feels strongly about giving something back. He is a founding member and original facilitator of QSCC’s Community Involvement Committee (CIC). He is a strong supporter of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.  Since 2017, Josh has served as a board member for the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, applying his food procurement skills to help them provide 140,000 meals each day.

 

Josh is an avid college football fan and supporter of The Ohio State University. He currently resides in the Columbus area with his wife and their two daughters.
