
Molly Miller
Sr. Director – Human Resources & Communication Services
Molly and her team oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, the Total Rewards benefits plan, leadership and associate development, succession planning, as well as internal and external communications. She is a resolute employee advocate, always on the lookout for ways to balance work/family lives for QSCC associates. Molly leads QSCC’s associate and leadership development efforts – establishing QSCC as a Learning Organization.
Molly steadfastly works to strengthen organizational health while fostering a performance-driven culture with an emphasis on people development. As a result, QSCC has been recognized by Columbus CEO Magazine as a “Top Workplace” in Central Ohio for two consecutive years—recognition based on the results of anonymous, third-party employee surveys. Molly is also one of the founding members of QSCC’s Community Involvement Committee (CIC).
Molly began her career with QSCC in 2011. Prior to joining QSCC, she was a part of Wendy’s Human Resources team for 12 years, where her “People First” approach was strongly influenced by Wendy’s founder, Dave Thomas. She has earned professional certification designations including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society of Human Resources—Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Molly earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Human Resources Management.
