David joined QSCC in 2016 to lead purchasing initiatives in the areas of Kitchen Equipment and Building Design. He and his team are responsible for the strategic sourcing of non-food & packaging related goods and services needed to support Wendy’s franchisees in today’s competitive QSR environment.
Henry’s team is responsible for the supply chain development and acquisition of all animal protein products on the Wendy’s menu: beef, chicken, bacon, sausage, eggs, and cheese. His priorities are managing price and supply volatility in the marketplace and developing strong partnerships with preferred suppliers.
Eddie Phillips joined QSCC in June 2012. He and his team are responsible for ensuring visibility to critical supply chain data for QSCC associates, The Wendy’s Company, and QSCC trading partners in the U.S. and Canada.
John led the launch of QSCC in January 2010. He works closely with QSCC’s Board of Directors and Wendy’s senior leadership to ensure his team exceeds Member and Brand expectations. John’s range of executive experience gives him powerful insight into every link of the supply chain and a keen understanding of how they interact.
Laurie joined QSCC in 2011 as Vice President, Finance and Controller. She currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial aspects of the co-op.
Gail is dedicated to providing value for QSCC’s members—Wendy’s franchisees. The team she leads is committed to assuring supply, at the most efficient cost; sourcing quality products, while adhering to specifications; and driving innovative purchasing strategies without compromising the Wendy’s brand or quality standards.
Josh oversees the teams responsible for QSCC procurement in the United States as well as distribution, logistics, commodity risk management, industry affairs, supply chain analysis and pricing coordination for Wendy’s restaurants in North America.

Molly and her team oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, the Total Rewards benefits plan, leadership and associate development, succession planning, as well as internal and external communications.
