Sr. Director - Supply Chain Management
As part of the QSCC Canada team, John supports Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada by assuring supply requirements and achieving operational and cost efficiencies. He is passionate about responsible procurement and quality-controlled manufacturing and distribution.
John joined QSCC Canada as Program Manager in 2013. He is an industry leader who serves as Community Advisor for Supply Chain Canada and as a Board Member for GS1 Canada’s Foodservice Sector Board. John was recently appointed to serve as a Board Trustee for DTFA Canada. Previously, John led progressive supply chain responsibilities for top-tier Canadian companies. In 2019, John took a 6-month sabbatical from QSCC to pioneer a regulated supply chain structure in the Canadian cannabis industry, before returning to his QSCC home.
John holds a Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from the Ontario Institute of Supply Chain Canada, a BA Honours Degree from Trent University, and is pursuing his EMBA in Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton.
John and his wife live in Burlington, Ontario and enjoy travel, fishing, gardening and spending time outdoors with their dogs. He is also a proud Toronto Blue Jays fan.
