R&L Foods, LLC
Rick Reynolds is President of R&L Foods, LLC and operates 41 restaurants in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Alabama with his business partner, Bob Lee. He also serves as DMA President in Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama.
R&L Foods is a strong supporter of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, holding golf tournaments to raise funds for adoption efforts. The Alabama DMA has hosted Wendy's High School Heisman banquets and produced two national winners of the award.
Prior to becoming a Wendy's franchisee in 1987, Rick was a CPA with McGadrey Hendickson & Pullen as well as Shaw & Reynolds.
Rick was born in Cumberland, Maryland and grew up in West Virginia. He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in accounting.
