Pete joined The Wendy’s Company in July 2025 as President of the U.S. business. In this role, he is responsible for driving profitable growth for Wendy’s U.S. restaurants while continuing to build a high-performance culture and best-in-class customer experience for Wendy’s.

Pete brings a wealth of supply chain and restaurant leadership experience to Wendy’s. As the former QSCC President & CEO (2021-2025), his career accomplishments include driving supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, distribution logistics, commodity management, and business transformation operations for large enterprise corporations.

Previously, Pete also served as president of Resin Technology Inc. (RTI), a leading packaging and materials provider. At RTI, Pete transformed the operational, strategic and financial direction of the company—restoring profitability and building strong operational performance. He spent 13 years at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions (RSCS), the co-op of Yum! Brands, where he ultimately led all supply chain management functions, including procurement, distribution, logistics, commodity risk management and strategic sourcing. Pete began his career with Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), grounding him in the food commodity markets.

Pete is a native Ohioan and graduate of The Ohio State University. He’s an avid sports fan and enjoys attending his sons’ club basketball games along with his wife.
