Audrey Leach

Audrey holds a wealth of experience in procurement management and commodities. She oversees the strategic management of commodity price risk portfolios across key categories critical to the cost of goods and the success of the Wendy’s System. She also oversees the procurement categories of frying oil, dairy, and eggs.

With an analytical mindset and a keen understanding of identifying market opportunities, she works to anticipate market fluctuations, implement hedging strategies, and collaborate closely with procurement teams to secure consistent, cost-effective supply contracts.

Her deep understanding of market trends, global supply dynamics, and pricing strategies ensures that the Co-op is well-positioned to manage fluctuating commodity prices while maintaining profitability and operational stability. This ultimately enhances value for our members and key stakeholders.

Audrey holds a degree in Logistics Management from The Ohio State University. She resides in Columbus with her husband and their two young boys. Audrey enjoys spending time with her kids outside, reading, practicing yoga, and cheering on the Buckeyes.
