Ericka Ponte

Ericka Ponte joined QSCC in 2026, leading the team responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for receiving inbound supplies at the distribution centers and outbound distribution to Wendy’s restaurants in North America. She believes in building strong relationships with distributors and third-party logistics partners and working together to build a seamless supply chain.

With over 25 years in the distribution and logistics sector, primarily in the fashion industry, Ericka has honed her expertise in leading distribution center operations and project management teams across retail distribution, third-party logistics (3PLs), and a technology startup. Her operational leadership skills are complemented by a strong focus on talent management, allowing her to shape high-performing infrastructures that enhance service delivery, strengthen organizational culture, and drive scalable growth.

Ericka is passionate about embracing QSCC’s core values, working diligently to instill them within her team and our members, developing talent, and optimizing operations and partnerships to support our customers. Her commitment to providing the best possible restaurant experience for Wendy’s customers is evident in her leadership approach.

Ericka holds a B.S. in International Relations from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University. She and her husband, Elias, enjoy travelling and spending time with their four children and goldendoodle.
