Josh Cobb

EVP, Food & Packaging Procurement

As a fifteen-year veteran of the operations and supply chain industry, Josh Cobb is a strong contributor to the diverse experience of QSCC’s Procurement leadership team. Prior to joining QSCC, he served as Sr. Director of Supply Chain for Wingstop Restaurants where he held direct oversight of the poultry category, developed new RFP and sourcing processes, and spearheaded a more sustainable packaging line. He started his career with Dean Foods as an Operations Manager, with oversight of multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. He has held supply chain management positions with organizations including Avendra, Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, Healthtrust Purchasing Group, and Taco Bueno Restaurants.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Minor in Finance from Florida State University. He is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certified by the FDA and is a Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Certified Practitioner. Josh credits his success to being blessed with amazing mentors. And he is compelled to return the favor to the associates on his team. Josh takes great pleasure in seeing people progress in their careers and he is passionate about getting his people ready for their next big role.

Josh is fortunate to be blessed with a lot of energy. When not enjoying a Spicy Chicken Sandwich at his local Wendy’s, he can be likely be found rooting on the Dallas Cowboys, playing golf, or coaching his daughters’ soccer or softball team. He and his wife have 3 young children and a golden retriever named Hattie.
