
Kim Allen
VP, Project Management
Kim Allen serves as Vice President of Project Management at QSCC, where she leads the team responsible for executing all national launches, program tests, and disengagements that support the Wendy’s promotional calendar. In this role, she oversees complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact restaurant operations and franchisee success across the system.
Kim joined QSCC in 2011 as a Smallwares Program Manager and expanded her responsibilities into food program management in 2017, guiding numerous national initiatives, including the successful launch of Wendy’s breakfast in 2020. She was promoted to Director of Program Management in 2021 and advanced to Vice President in 2026, reflecting her strong track record of execution and leadership.
She began her career in the restaurant industry while attending culinary school and earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida. She later joined Bloomin’ Brands (formerly OSI Restaurant Partners), where she managed smallwares distribution across more than 1,300 restaurants and seven brands.
Known as a highly respected supply chain professional across the Wendy’s System, Kim is recognized for her collaborative approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to doing what is best for restaurant operators. She is passionate about the restaurant industry and energized by working alongside her team to tackle challenges and deliver results.
