Krista Pohlman leads a team dedicated to delivering quality products, exceptional value, and strategic innovation across every link of the supply chain to over 6,400 Wendy’s restaurants globally.
Krista has over 25 years of experience in supply chain management with a proven operational background in strategic foresight, driving initiatives that have greatly enhanced the Co-op’s efficiency and growth. With a deep understanding of restaurant operations and an analytical mindset, Krista has led the demand planning function, leveraging advanced supply planning techniques and data-driven insights to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and enhance overall supply chain productivity. She was instrumental in developing the innovative Q+ project, revolutionizing project management and distribution teams by integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance demand planning, inventory management, and overall performance.
Krista consistently embodies QSCC’s culture and values – living out Dave Thomas’ legacy to Do the Right Thing and Treat People With Respect. Her leadership reflects the core of what QSCC stands for as an organization, and leads with the same authenticity, integrity, and compassion, carrying forward Dave’s Values.
A passionate advocate for industry collaboration and knowledge-sharing, Krista serves as an active board member of the National Restaurant Association’s Supply Chain Expert Exchange, where she helps foodservice professionals learn, lead, and connect.
She and her husband, Matt, are graduates of Ohio State University and enjoy spending time with their two daughters.
