Sean Muldoon

VP, International Supply Chain

Sean Muldoon is the Vice President of International Supply Chain Management at Wendy’s, where he leads the strategic direction of the company’s supply chain across the Latin America & Caribbean (LAC), UK/Europe, Middle East & Africa (MEA), and Asia-Pacific (AP) regions. In this role, Sean is committed to transforming Wendy’s supply chain into a strategic advantage that drives sustainable and profitable growth for the brand globally.
With over 30 years of experience in the foodservice and beverage industries, Sean is recognized as a world-class supply chain executive. His expertise spans global supply chain management, operations, and procurement, with a proven track record of delivering significant cost efficiencies and operational improvements. Prior to joining Wendy’s, Sean served as the Chief Operations Officer for a start-up in the beverage industry, where he successfully reduced costs and optimized logistics. His career also includes a 20-year tenure with Papa John’s, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s global presence across 45 markets and served as the Chief Ingredient Officer, overseeing global supply chain, R&D, and quality assurance.
At Wendy’s, Sean is focused on enhancing the company’s supply chain infrastructure in both emerging and established markets, fostering long-term partnerships with suppliers, and leveraging Wendy’s global buying power to benefit franchisees. He leads a diverse, global team and is an integral member of both the Global Leadership Team and International Leadership Team.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Sean is a lifelong Ohio State fan. He has been married to his wife, Tish, for 35 years, and they have three children and one grandchild. When he’s not traveling the globe, Sean is based at Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, Ohio.
